KATYA BURYAKOVA
Peace Offering
- waterproof translucent fabric, straw, recycled dry flowers -
LOCATION NO. 9
The work “Peace Offering” seeks to demonstrate the connection between people and nature. Historically, humans have often seen themselves in conflict with nature, viewing their natural habitat as a resource to be exploited. The work challenges
viewers to reflect on their personal and collective impact on the environment and inspires them towards a more respectful relationship with the natural world. The Giant Hand of Nature is reaching out, hoping to be received by viewers.
